In this interview, we identify the current condition of the school. We make a list of demands and needs. Our team makes a preliminary work based on number of students, age distribution, and gender. The project is formed at this stage.
Preparation stage could take 1 or 2 days depending on the needs of the school. We are offering solutions right for the needs.
After preparation stage, in design stage, our firm produces unique solutions for schools. Based on the desired colours and models, we are designing clothes that will be liked by the students and that will comply the vision of the school.
The design process could vary between 7 – 15 days, depending on the needs of the school. Preliminary and design stages are presented to authorities in school. In this process, we brainstorm with school authorities and decide on the best option.
3) SELECTION AND APPROVAL——————————————————————————————————
At this stage, we make necessary changes and wait for the approval of the school. During decision period, we provide flexible time for school.
However, to increase the delivery time, making the decision early is important. This way, our firm can deliver on-time without any delays.
4)CONTRACT—————————————————————————————————————————–
After the school confirms the uniform design and the number of uniforms are determined, we make a business agreement and start production stage.
Preparation, signing, and exercising the agreement usually takes 1 business day.
5)PRODUCTION————————————————————————————————————————
After order form confirmation, depending on the textile stock, we can start production without losing any time. If we don’t have the textile you selected, the supply process could take up to 30 days.
You can notify us as soon as you can. This way, we can take the necessary precautions to eliminate all delays. If we have the textile, we can complete production stage in 30-45 days and deliver your uniforms. All details including buttons, and threads are carefully selected in the production process.
6)DELIVERY——————————————————————————————————————————–
After the products are ready, our quality control team considers these products in detail and control all the sewing and other parts. We are working hard for impeccable production. When the control stage is completed, we are packing the products with special tags and barcodes and delivering to our customers via our contracted shipment firm.
